Shipping within Germany is free. Delivery is made immediately after we receive the receipt of payment, subject to the availability of the products ordered.
Free Return
You may within 30 days and without any requirement to state reasons revoke your contractual statement in text form (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail) or – if the merchandise has been supplied prior to the expiry of the period of notice – by returning the merchandise. The period of notice begins after receipt of this instruction in written form, not however before the recipient has received the goods.
The costs of returning orders from locations within Germany will be assumed by AZEZANA. In the case of the return of goods from abroad, the return shipment costs are to be borne by the customer.
